ULC Summer Programme 2017

The trips are organised by Manchester International Society Travel Ltd.

All coaches for the trips depart from Dover Street near International Society at the times detailed below and in accordance with the time on your ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes before the stated departure time on your ticket so that we can ensure that everybody has a seat on the coach and can leave on time.

How To Book On Trips

1. Trip voucher will be given to you by ULC during your first week.
2. Please bring your student ID card and/or passport and your voucher/s to International Society reception to book on the trip/s of your choice. Your voucher will be exchanged for a trip ticket.
3. Please note that you can only book on trips two weeks in advance of the trip taking place. You may only use your vouchers for yourself.
4. Some trips require a cash payment as they include entrance to an attraction such as a castle. More information about these extra costs can be found in the specific trip details. For example, Lake Windermere requires a payment of £9 for the boat cruise plus one voucher.
5. Please note that International Society is open from 9.30 am to 7.00 pm. You are welcome to book your tickets at any time during these office hours. We advise you to book your tickets as soon as possible. We recommend at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment.

7. If you discover you are no longer able to participate in the trip, please return your ticket to the International Society office the Wednesday before the trip takes place. Due to Health and Safety laws, your ticket cannot be transferred to another date or used by another person.
8. Family members and friends are welcome to buy tickets for the trips. If they wish, they can become members of International Society and then get their tickets at members price!
