TRIPSSOCIAL EVENTS

How To Book On Trips (click me!)

  • The amount of trips you qualify for will be assigned to you by ULC during your first week.
  • Please bring your student ID card and or passport to International Society reception to book on the trip/s of your choice.
  • You cannot give your tickets to other people on your course.
  • Some trips require a cash payment as they include entrance to an attraction such as a castle. More information about these extra costs can be found in the specific trip details in this programme. For example, Lake Windermere requires a payment of £9 for the boat cruise.
  • Please note that International Society is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. You are welcome to book your tickets at any time during these office hours. We advise you to book your tickets as soon as possible. We recommend at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Please note you cannot get tickets for the trips on the day of the trip itself. All tickets must be booked in advance of the trip taking place.
  • If you discover you are no longer able to participate in the trip, please return your ticket to the office the Wednesday before the trip takes place.
  • Due to strict Health & Safety Laws in the UK, your ticket should not be given to anyone else as we need to ensure the identity of everyone boarding our coaches.
  • Family members and friends are welcome to buy tickets for the trips. If they wish, they can become members of International Society and then get their tickets at the members’ price!
  • If you wish to sit with your friends on the trip, please try to book your tickets together at the same time.
